Bizbe acts as a business broker that connects buyers, sellers, and brokers. We are not a party to any transaction between users, and we are not the buyer or seller of any listed business.

Bizbe does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and nothing we provide should be relied upon as such. You should consult your own qualified advisors and conduct your own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction.

2. Listing information & forward-looking statements

Listing details, including financial figures, descriptions, and supporting documents, are provided by sellers and their representatives. Bizbe does not independently verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

Any valuations, estimates, projections, or other forward-looking statements are illustrative only, are based on assumptions that may prove incorrect, and are not a promise of future results. We do not guarantee that any business will sell, or that it will sell at any particular price or on any particular timeline.

3. How Bizbe is compensated

Bizbe earns fees for the services we provide. Our standard fees are:

• Seller onboarding package: a one-time, upfront fee of $2,500 for preparing deal documents and marketing the business.
• Success fee: a standard commission of 6.99% of the total transaction value, payable upon the successful close of a sale.
• Buy-side representation: $1,500 per month for buyers who engage Bizbe to represent them.

Fees applicable to a specific engagement may be set out in a separate written agreement. From time to time we may receive or pay referral fees or have relationships with third-party service providers; where such a relationship is relevant to your transaction, we will disclose it.

4. AI-generated content

Bizbe is an AI-native brokerage. We use artificial intelligence to help generate business valuations, financial summaries, marketing materials, and other content. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. Always verify AI-generated information independently and with your own advisors.

5. Financial technology, not a bank

Bizbe is a financial technology company, not a bank. Bizbe operates as a broker and does not provide banking services, hold deposits, or extend credit.

6. No guarantee of results

Using Bizbe does not guarantee any particular outcome. Results vary based on the business, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Past results described on the Services are not a guarantee of future performance.

7. Confidentiality

Business transactions involve sensitive information. Access to certain listing details may require a non-disclosure agreement, and you agree to treat confidential information accordingly. See our Terms of Service for details.
